Brian graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law, cum laude, in 2001. He has distinguished himself as an expert in Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles Law and Procedures. He consistently achieves outstanding results in the areas of license reinstatements, license suspension appeals, breathalyzer refusal suspension appeals, ignition interlock violation hearings, and a variety of other areas of law involving Massachusetts license suspensions and reinstatements. Attorney Simoneau practices extensively before the Registry of Motor Vehicles, the Board of Appeal, and in courts throughout Massachusetts. He routinely advises other lawyers regarding license suspensions and matters involving the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and the Board of Appeal. Attorney Simoneau is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts and in the United States Federal District Court for the First District of Massachusetts.
